In this pivotal role, you will be a core contributor to the ADVANCE marketing function. Operating within a high-performance, fast-paced environment, you will be supporting the execution of multi-channel campaigns, management of impactful social media initiatives, and the development of authoritative, insight-led content, along with aiding the marketing team with comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, asset management and more.
Purpose Of The Role
Multi-Channel Brand Engagement: Support the enhancement of the ADVANCE brand through innovative multi-channel initiatives. You will help manage the content calendar and oversee community engagement, ensuring all interactions with clients and contractors are handled promptly and professionally.
High-Calibre Content & Communications: Develop compelling content across PR, email and web platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring all communications (internal and external) —from newsletters to thought-leadership articles—are sophisticated, polished, and strictly aligned with our brand guidelines.
Marketing Operations & Administration: Drive departmental efficiency by managing administrative workstreams, including market research and asset management. Your operational support will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and the consistent achievement of strategic milestones.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
- Monitor community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Stay ahead of platform trends to suggest new content formats (e.g., Reels, carousels, or polls).
Content Creation
- Draft compelling copy for blogs, newsletters and website updates that align with our brand’s voice.
- Assist in creating visual assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Support the production of "jargon-free" reports, turning data into easy-to-read updates for the leadership team.
Email Marketing
- Set up and dispatch emails, newsletters and lead-nurture campaigns using email platform Zoho Campaigns.
- Maintain and segment email databases to ensure high deliverability and compliance with UK GDPR.
- Track and report on open rates and click-through performance.
Marketing Administration
- Update our website with new content and SEO optimised articles.
- Organise marketing assets (images, videos, case studies) in our central library.
- Provide general administrative support, market research, competitors research, etc.
- Ideally 6-months to 1 year of experience, but candidates with little to no professional experience will be considered.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field, alternatively hold an equivalent qualification such as, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 3 or 4.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic design software.
- A "can-do" attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus.
- Familiarity with Wordpress would be an advantage.
